What Happens After You Fill Out the Form?

Start by giving us a little info about your business and your website goals. As soon as you submit the form, you’ll get an email from us with the next step.
📬 2. Receive Our Website Questionnaire
You’ll get a quick link to:
- 📅 Schedule a phone call to talk about your project
- ⚡ Or fill out the full form online to move even faster
This optional but helpful form asks about:
- Your website goals
- If you have a domain already
- Style, color, and branding preferences
- Features you’d like (like a contact form, gallery, booking, etc.)
Either way — we’ll use your answers to craft your proposal!
📞 3. Initial Phone Call
If you scheduled a call, this is where we really get aligned. We’ll:
- Go over your goals and vision
- Answer any questions
- Walk through the questionnaire (if you didn’t complete it)
We’re here to guide you — sin presión. Just real talk and helpful advice.
📄 4. We Send You a Custom Proposal
Your proposal will include:
- ✔️ Full scope of the project
- ✔️ Features and number of pages
- ✔️ Pricing with your chosen payment plan
- ✔️ Terms and delivery timeline
Once you digitally sign the proposal, we move on to the next step.
💸 5. First Invoice
Once your proposal is signed, we’ll email you your invoice.
You choose your plan:
- 2 payments – 50% upfront
- 4 payments – 25% upfront
🚀 6. We Start Building Your Website
As soon as your first payment is in, we get started! You’ll receive updates along the way, and we’re always here if you need anything.

Who Qualifies for the Free Website Mockup?

We’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your vision for your new website’s design.
The questionnaire will include prompts to share:
- Links to websites you admire
- Preferred fonts, colors, and visual elements
- Any specific features or functionality you’d like to include
This helps us create a design that aligns perfectly with your goals and brand.
Receive Your Free Mockup
Within 3–4 business days of completing the website questionnaire, you’ll receive your free, custom mockup.
Here’s what to expect:
- Multiple unique designs created by different designers
- A custom color palette and typography sheet for each mockup
This mockup is just a starting point. If we move forward together, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to refine and revise the design until it’s exactly how you want it.
Contract
If you love the mockup and decide to move forward, we’ll finalize the process by signing a contract. The contract will include the same terms and details outlined in the proposal, ensuring everything is clear and agreed upon.
No Hard Feelings
If the mockup isn’t quite what you’re looking for, there’s no obligation and no hard feelings. You owe us nothing, and you’ll walk away with a clearer idea of what you want in a website.
The only condition is that the mockup design remains the property of Ericks Webs Design. You would not have the legal right to use the mockup for your website unless full compensation is provided.
